Explorandum is a bespoke coaching programme designed to support the growth and retention of high-potential employees under 35 within a multinational company in the transport sector.
The programme has run for two consecutive years and combines Individual Coaching and Group Coaching into a single development journey, creating space for both personal reflection and peer learning.
Participants reported high levels of satisfaction and recognised the programme as a valuable opportunity to strengthen:
A first step to explore participants’ experience, engagement and development needs.

Participants reported greater motivation, satisfaction and involvement in their work.
The programme supported the development of self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and social skills.
Participants strengthened capabilities such as accountability, problem-solving, idea generation, communication and relationship management.
The positive changes observed during the programme were also confirmed by sponsors during the final three-way meetings.
Built on coaching expertise and ten years of experience working with younger generations in academic and professional settings, the programme is designed to create a safe space for reflection, learning and personal growth.
To retain and develop young talent, organisations need to balance two priorities: aligning individual development with business goals and providing meaningful opportunities for personal growth.
By combining Individual Coaching and Group Coaching, the programme addresses both dimensions. Participants are encouraged to work on their own development while learning from others, strengthening relationships and building a deeper connection with the organisation.
